Legacy Education and Community Empowerment Foundation, Inc. is a voice crying out in the wilderness and making a wonderful difference in the lives of youth and the community. From seminars to mentoring programs, workshops, and community partnerships to scholarships, Legacy is building a legacy for at-risk groups and bridging the gap to bring needful services to those too often left out.
