I would like to acknowledge the knowledge, kindness and compassion of Dana who answered my customer service call seeking information about grant opportunities. She never lost patience no matter how many questions I asked during a very anxious time. When most times, patients get tossed from person to person, department to department with no resolution, someone like Dana is the rare exception.
