Many of these reviews discuss the extraordinary JCA Career Gateway Program and I agree with all of their comments. However, I want to point out the value of community the Gateway Program provides. It’s easy to become isolated, but when faced with unemployment later in life, one can become frozen-in-place, unable to move forward. The gateway program provides a jump-start and gets you moving forward with inspiring speakers, fellow participants and the staff behind you all the way. What seemed impossible before the program seems exciting afterwards. I cannot recommend supporting and participating enough!
