I am embarrassed that I convinced our board of directors to renew our contract with this nonprofit because they have continued to lower their standards for support and are now costing us far more money than we have gained. Their support line is almost non-existent and not only did they refuse to release us from our contract but they are continuing to deduct funds from our bank account even after promising to end our relationship almost two months ago. We can never get in touch with a live person on the phone and their email support takes at least two days between each message.
