My husband had a traumatic brain injury, heat stroke, kidney failure, rhabdomyolysis, and nerve damage while on active duty at the age of 21. Since then, he has struggled with severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, memory loss, brain fog, pain, and a lot of other issues.

HBOT gave him so much hope for the future. Finding HBOT has been the blessing we have been praying for. His health issues are far from cured, but he is learning to cope and accept his new reality. HBOT has reduced some of his brain fog, improved his ability to express himself, and simply let him enjoy the little things in life again. He feels more like himself, when before, he didn't recognize this "new brain". He no longer gets frustrated super easily because he is able to concentrate more and do more tasks on his own.

As a healthcare provider myself, I wish that more medical professionals recognized HBOT as a legitimate form of healing. There are so many doctors trying to treat veterans but many are not aware of the benefits of HBOT. I look forward to the day that HBOT treatments get covered for all veterans needing them.
