I was referred to Cincinnati Scholarship fund by a friend whose family had set up a memorial scholarship. I was able to meet directly with the President and CEO to setup my scholarship and the first student received funds, to help offset expenses in their college education, the following school year. I've received updates from the recipient after each semester and she continues to do well. The Scholarship Foundation has follow up with the student to track their progress and maintain a minimum GPA. I feel like the funds are being well allocated to deserving students and there is very good followup with the student to be sure they are doing well in their studies and extra curiculars to maintain the scholarship funding for future years.
