DuPage Health Coalition is an invaluable partner to APPLE (Addison Partners for Play, Learning and Education) Early Childhood Collaborative. DHC offers a variety of programs and supports for our families, such as Everyday Hero training and Medical Debt Care. DHC is essential in supporting the health and well-being of families with young children in Addison and beyond. We are so grateful for our partnership with the DuPage Health Coalition.

The DuPage Health Coalition maintains a wonderful partnership with APPLE - Addison Partners for Play, Learning and Education. Access DuPage supports the children and families in our community by empowering low income and uninsured members of the community to obtain low-cost health services. Healthy children and parents in our community lead to improved developmental and educational outcomes! We are thrilled to partner with the DuPage Health Coalition to support families in Addison and throughout DuPage County.
