I placed a donation of several gift baskets and a stove several weeks ago as Christmas gifts for friends and family members. At the time I was told I had to call customer service to get the certificates and cards for the gift recipients of the donations I had placed for them. I have called repeatedly and no one has ever picked up, no one has ever returned my calls and now there is no proof that I ever placed these orders except for my credit card bill. Very unhappy with this extremely unprofessional, rude, and possibly fraudulent company. I did place an order at the same time for items in the catalog and I received everything in a timely manner. It seems the donation department is completely separate from the catalog items. The catalog merchandise seems to be legit. The donation department not so much.
