We are extremely grateful to SPCA for helping us to bring our dog, little Yorkie Jessica, to United States. We are refugees from Ukraine. Unfortunately we had to flee our country without our family member Jessica. SPCA stuff members worked tirelessly to unite our family with Jessica. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for your priceless service!
