I've been a Health & Help volunteer for 1.5 years, and not only it's there for supporting women in Guatemala and Nicaragua, it's also by itself a great community lead by women. As much as Health & Help is influencing the lives of its patients, it's also helping its volunteers become better people by giving an opportunity to serve others.
