Kindred World is an amazing nonprofit that I have consulted over and over again for resources and support in my work with parents. The research that they make available is life changing. I am particularly grateful for the work of Darcia Narvaez. I have loved her research for years but it is so much more accessible to ordinary people now that Kindred World are sharing it. I so often feel desperately alone trying to support parents in the face of the climate and social crises of these times. There is so much misunderstanding of what children need and of the impact of western individualistic culture which deprives us all of our basic needs for thriving.
thank you so much for your generosity in making so much available free of charge. It is so very helpful. I refer people to you all the time and it is great that people can access it even if they have little money.
