I had the privilege of participating in the Jeevika project under the auspices of the Centre of Civil Society. This initiative is dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by street vendors through the implementation of a specialized mobile application. My role as an on-field researcher involved engaging with street vendors, comprehending their concerns, and utilizing the Jeevika app to facilitate resolution.
