I have served with Embrace Texas for several years. I love what their program does, how it walks along side the families as well as the children in foster care. They provide so many amazing opportunities for support and encouragement, as well as fun things to do for families! One of my favorite events is the Graduation Party they throw for kids aging out of the system. It is an opportunity to celebrate them as well provide resources for "what's next". Not all these children walk the same path and everyone doesn't graduate and go to college, this event is for all of them and we hope that they leave knowing they are all special and important.
