I work as a State level Emergency Manager. Our state has extremely remote locations that we service. When an underwater internet cable was severed much of the northern part of our state lost connectivity. Our team was put into contact with ITDRC and they immediately (and easily) sent a fully functioning Starlink to us so that we could continue our important work in the field. It was a truly seamless experience asking for, receiving, and setting up the communications technology they sent. ITDRC's efforts and execution are admirable and I would recommend them without hesitation.
