Being closely involved with Working for Women has been - to say the very least - life-changing (and not just my life). It has caused me to look at my own employment practices differently, as well as generally increasing my own intuition and awareness of the benefits of investing in women in the workforce. Being a part of the organization has caused me to challenge every aspect of my decision-making process. Working for Women makes great use of donations and is a very grass-roots effort that has dramatic growth opportunities. The benefits are irrefutable, and the CEO's tenacity and drive are unparalleled.
