I have been using NFG for a year and I like the features, but recently when it was time for me to renew I had great difficulty. Their attempts to debit my bank acct failed, but not because of my bank. When I tried to reach them the phone number on my invoice was incorrect, When it was answered, it said, "No one is available to help you," and hung up. So i called regular customer service which gave me another number. Same thing. When I tried to verify the address so I could pay by writing a check, I called customer service, who transferred me to accounting and when I asked to verify the address to send the check to, I was told, "it's in the upper left corner." I said, "I can see that, but please tell me what address, because the phone number on the invoice did not work and I want to verify this is the correct address." "It's on the upper left corner." Etc. Finally he said the PO Box. I was afraid I was getting scammed, because customer service told me billing was in Austin TX; the offices are in DC; the billing address was Las Vegas. Paying for the service should not be this difficult. I spent hours on the phone with my bank, their customer service, my bank, etc.
