I have been with Moderation Management for over 3 1/2 years. It has not always been an easy trip to achieve moderation. However I always know that this group is out there whenever I need support. And the zoom meetings which are available every day are a huge source of strength and personal confidence. I am in a really good place right now with regard to my alcohol consumption. And I truly owe nearly all of that success to Moderation Management. If you need this type of support, then I truly recommend giving it a try!! You will be pleasantly surprised by how receptive the group is to everyone!!
