Drinking was getting out of control and I hit rock bottom. The night of my fiftieth birthday I regained consciousness in the early hours, lying in the street with two broken ribs minus all my belongings. A terrible start to my fifties but Moderation Management helped me get back on track. Their endless kindness and tireless support saved me. I am phenomenally happier and healthier and it is MM who I have to thank.
