I’m the current Chair for the Board of Directors of The Water Project and I have had the honor to visit on a few occasions the work in Africa this organization is doing for those needlessly suffering from a lack of clean water and proper sanitation. The level of expertise and precision by which this organization secures funding, formulates in field execution and maximizes every single dollar generated for ultimate returns on investment is both impressive and inspiring to those of us that have the privilege to see what really goes on behind the scenes and on the frontlines. The ongoing accomplishments and future plans of the organization are only reviled by the overwhelming and sincere gratitude expressed by those people and communities impacted by the work it’s doing in Africa. Together we are truly changing the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and allowing them to thrive in an otherwise very difficult environment to live one’s life. Our work will afford generations to come with life giving clean water and all the unimaginable benefits that basic human right enables.
