MM is celebrating 30 years of helping people learn to manage their drinking! It is a non-judgemental group of people who are in it to help anyone that comes to a meeting, joins their facebook group, or seeks them out online. I am happy to have found MM 4 years ago, it has changed my life for the better!

Moderation Management is so much more than a support group for those concerned about their drinking. It is a community of people who urge you to be your best self. Through programs like Kickstart and Miles for Moderation, I have been challenged a little more than just managing my drinking, but looking at myself and my health in a holistic manner. If you have concerns about your drinking, but don't think that complete abstinence is the answer, check out MM.
