Review for GREATER CHICAGO CAGE BIRD SOCIETY , Villa Park, IL, USA
The GCCBS is a very sacred and important place. These magnificent and intelligent birds of all types receive the shelter and care they need when they need it most. The adoption service and protocols are strict and process driven and this is important as properly paring up a bird with a new home takes careful consideration for the shelter, bird(s) and new adopters.
I have adopted two Sun Conures, Cooper and Piper (the latest) and they immediately became family in our home. They were healthy and non-aggressive and I attribute that to an excellent shelter environment and human care at GCCBS. The staff and volunteers at GCCBS are just wonderful and very welcoming. I so thank them for being there for us (humans and birds)!
