Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury is making a positive impact in the community by providing hope and opportunity for families to have a safe place that they can call their home. Not only does HFHWM give families the opportunity to call somewhere their home but they also take care and invest in their homeowners by providing them with life skills and the proper education along the way so the homeowner can have the ability and toolset to thrive, protect themselves, and to grow, all while making memories in their home. After my first build day and learning more about the organization, I was absolutely moved by what the organization was doing for the community and immediately seeked out more ways to become involved.
