Thank you to Day 1 bags for assisting one of my foster family's and children as they were preparing for transition to a new placement. The children appreciated the new luggage and backpacks! The family was also appreciative of the additional assistance. The process to order the luggage and backpacks was very user friendly and I was provided with the pickup information immediately. Day 1 bags made it very easy from start to finish in obtaining the luggage for the children and family.
