Save Them All Horse Rescue (STAHR) was founded in 2011 and became a 501(c)3 non- profit in 2014. STAHR is a no frills equine rescue where all donations go to the care and maintenance of our rescued horses. Run by volunteers only; there are no salaries.

Many horses come to us emaciated and struggling to hold onto life. An example is posted below; Jack. Jack was so neglected, our team of vets at Hunter Stallion Equine Station were not sure if he could be saved, but Jack had that little bit of will to live. With consistent care and lots of love, Jack has made an amazing recovery! Horses are very forgiving! The story of Jack is repeated over and over again. Those who rescue and volunteers who help are the voices for horses who need the help the most.
I love horses and am very proud of the impact STAHR makes in the community for each horse that comes to the rescue.
STAHR realizes the immense therapeutic value of connecting with horses and, I hear all the time from volunteers that STAHR is their “Happy Place.”
