I found this organization online while I was searching for support for my recent stage 4 cancer diagnosis. My husband, Ben, and I attended their respite program a couple of weeks ago in the Poconos (Woodloch in Hawley, PA). For Pete's Sake were fantastic from beginning to end. They pick up their phone! They were very compassionate and answered all of my questions from beginning to end. We had a wonderful time on respite. As my illness landed us in a financial crisis, we could have Never afforded such a welcomed break. We didn't realize how much we need a break from the cancer fight until we were Blessed by such an amazing and caring experience at Woodloch. The food was fantastic and the activities were plentiful. Ben loved being in the Poconos, and it was nice to see him smile, as he has spent so much time worrying. I recommend this program with no reserves to future participants. This organization actually helps cancer patients where they are at, and gave us strength and resolve to keep on Praying and keep on Fighting for a cure! Thank Your For Pete's Sake?
