I am beyond grateful for the help New Day provided. Last summer I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and it hasn’t been easy. Starting with surgery, now doing chemo, and later radiation it’s feels like an endless journey especially for a single parent. They helped with bills and groceries at a time where I was on a reduced income. They also provided a list of resources to other organizations that provide various types of support to people facing cancer. Thank you New Day.

It’s often difficult to ask for help but with my copays mounting from testing, mammograms, and biopsies As a single mom, I started to feel uneasy financial aspects of having cancer. Especially since I haven’t an even gotten to the surgery at this point. My medical social worker referred to me to Angels of Hope and while I would be grateful for any type of assistance, Angel of Hope went above and beyond. They offered to help with basic necessities that come due each month, so I can focus on what is in front of me. The upcoming surgery and the treatment that follows. Thank you so much Angels!
