I have been employed at ECF for almost 7 years now. I have loved working here due to the supportive environment. I have grown in this agency, meaning I started as a Mental Health Therapist and have moved up to now being the director of Mental Health Services!!! It is amazing to be in a place where your worth is seen and valued. The professionalism of all staff is, as the name of our agency states, exceptional. It pays to work for an employer who gives you the room to be yourself and expand your skills by providing you with the tools you need. I love this place both as an employee and a provider of services that our community needs. We will go above and beyond to ensure that our community is also heard and is able to excel.
