My Nonprofit Reviews

I have been a volunteer for over a year and a half. What I love about Break Bread is the mission to nourish the community. This means sitting over a meal and sharing ourselves with each other. With no requirements to get a meal, this opens it up to our whole community. The more we learn about each other, the more we can understand each other.

Also, Break Bread is always thinking of new ideas to incorporate food and the community - like gardening, cooking classes, community BBQs with activities like bouncy houses etc.

As a volunteer, there are many opportunities to help in serving meals, kitchen help, leading arts and crafts with kids, gardening work etc.
