The passion PHFC has for people is very apparent upon first meeting the CEO. Doug Marshall is a man filled with a drive and desire to truly impact the lives of children and set them up for a successful life. His work shows in the beauty of this nonprofit, that will stop at nothing in order to find and assist those in need in whatever way they possibly can.
