I recently started volunteering at Crossroads and the experience has been incredible. It has opened my eyes to the lives of many vulnerable people who are in need of assistance. The organization has many resources available that assist clients with strengthening their lives. Crossroads works to train their volunteers to build strong connections with the clients they meet, focusing on the importance of the client/helper relationship. I enjoy volunteering here and would certainly recommend others to serve in any way they can at Crossroads.
