Gardener’s House holds a special place in in my heart. They offered me the warmth and compassion I needed as I went to the cancer center every 3 weeks for over a year battling breast cancer. The kindness I received from Gardener’s House inspired me to advocate for this organization so that they can continue providing critical support to others facing similar battles with cancer and help them to continue their mission of supporting those who need it most.

Gardeners House is one of my favorite nonprofit organizations. When I was going through my cancer journey, Maggie Gardner and her organization stepped up and helped me through some critical moments. I am in awe of all of all of the ways that they help the people that seek their assistance. I recently watched them fire up the grill and cook chicken and corn on the cob for the entire community. It was awesome and the food tasted delicious. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of walking with Gardner’s House in a walk to raise funds for Ovarian Cancer. This organization is deserving of all good things that come their way.
