I look forward to every Wednesday so I can shake all my stress away with Renee and the the Healing Thru Rhythm community. I’m so happy to also be apart of the community as an instructor. This class helps me get through the week. As being a single mother of four , a director at a preschool , a student getting my masters, caring for a sick parent and all the other many jobs I have, I am thankful for such an amazing outlet. Renee rocks!!!
