I have been involved with TLC Rescue as a volunteer, adopter, and foster since 2019, and can attest firsthand that the organization's tagline of "Until they all have a home..." is more than just words. It's the code by which they operate. I've seen the difference that the group makes in the lives of not only the dogs they have saved but also the people and communities that they serve.
