This vibrant Not for Profit has been a part of the Berkshires for as long as I have. I loved watching performances at the Mount. They were magical. I must admit as I have aged I have appreciated sitting indoors and on comfortable seats. The performances are always extraordinary. I never have been disappointed. The talent and creativity of the troupe is a marvel to experience as each performance unfolds.
The major problem with the organization is to have it all and be able to afford it. I think it was the right move to purchase the facility in Lenox, but it was & continues to be costly to develop and maintain. More time & energy must be spent on fundraising, and that has to be a drain especially in today's economy. Keep up the good work.
