This non profit organization has helped encourage, lift and inspire me. I moved to LA by myself a year ago after my husband suddenly passed and even though my schedule is jam packed with work I look forward to their Wednesday Zumba. I often modify moves due to a knee injury but the instructors make everyone of every level feel comfortable, safe and are inclusive. A great organization
