I have volunteered with Jess and her team since she started the Chicago division of Dragonfly and it has been a tremendous experience. They work tirelessly to develop relationships with the patients' families in order to provide the support and care that they need during difficult times. Jess maintains relationships with the families even after they have finished treatment, striving to provide a commitment that cannot be achieved through other support services. Dragonfly is truly a gift to the families as well as its many volunteers and associated organizations.
