I wish I could say this place is amazing, but after my experience I could not and will not. I returned a my mare Goosarella after 3yrs to be retired due to kissing spine. I did not know that only a few months later she would be shipped out of state to be flipped not even 30 days later. Not even under the rerun name. I'm heartbroken, I let her down by giving her back to this nightmare. If I would have know this would happen I 1000% would have never even considered bringing her back. Now that I'm speaking out about this horrible wrong doing, I'm being bullied and threatened by the Program Director. Who's job is to protect these horses not just flip them for profit.

Get a new program director. These programs are needed, but they need to be run by someone whos in it for the horses.
This horse ultimately was evaluated by no less than 5 different vet practices including one of the leading orthopedic surgeons in the country and one of the leading teaching vet schools and was deemed not to have kissing spine. The horse has been placed in a new home, all records went with the horse and they are aware of the prior adopter's posts. The mare is excelling in her new home and they are delighted with her. Due to the relentless harassment by the prior adopter, we had to file a police report and retain and attorney due to false and erroneous posts including the one above.
