Worst experience ever and reported them to several agencies for Medicaid fraud. They simply didn't do their jobs, ignored information, did not coordinate a single service, etc. and submitted late incomplete false or outdated info on all life plans. did not even provide a 1800 number referral to a single intervention. Made racially charged statements. Blamed parent and made parent actually sit down and do their jobs instead of correcting errors. Compliance line is useless. Change only started to occur when Inspector General and a lawyer were called and were presented on the email threads. HIPAA violations, gaslighting disabled adult clients and their families and of course - billed for the chaos and for doing pretty much NOTHING for the client.
