Truly Hooks Home Bound rescued us by helping Bing reach the care he needed ; they kept us humans updated every step of the way ; communicated with the Clinic; their pick-up arrived early (in safe clean vehicle, putting safety first) ; provided receipts immediately; explained things clearly; communicated excellent well with client (exhibiting patience and compassion, as needed), offering solutions; online forms were easy to fill out; everything's organized...

Hooks volunteers greet Bing by name, too... and so we are left with feelings of deep gratitude. Indeed, we could not trust Bing to a stranger, not easily. With HHBR there is no stranger: but rather, Rescuer, Friend.
