HOPE, Inc has been an incredible support and a huge blessing in my life. I am a single mother, and I work and attend school. Even with working, sometimes I have struggled to pay rent, pay for school supplies, and make ends meet altogether. HOPE, Inc gave me, well, hope. They are helping me with a portion of my rent until I get my degree, and that is such a huge load off my back! They helped with my kids' school supplies this year, which is another huge blessing. They have people who specifically help with budgeting and expenses, as well as with keeping me accountable financially. As a single mom, learning how to be a good steward of my money is so important, and I have set financial goals now. My goal is homeownership, and that's something I've never felt like I even had a chance at before. Now I believe it is possible, and it is something for me to work even harder towards. I've only been with HOPE, Inc for a short time, but in that time, they have shown me so much encouragement, support, and love. I wish I had known about them sooner, but I know that God has a plan and His timing is perfect. I know that there are so many single parents out there who are doing their best, working and going to school to give their kids a future that they themselves maybe didn't have, and all they need is a little HOPE.
