Review for Iowa Humane Alliance, Cedar Rapids, IA, USA
IHA helped our neighborhood get a handle on overpopulation of cats and kittens. IHA provided the traps, and their low cost spay and neuter made it affordable. Without IHA, this would not have been possible.
