I've gained confidence through their guidance in how to train my dog, and never felt rushed or ashamed if took us a little longer to get through a skill. Their professionalism, care for the animals, understanding, and patience is unmatched. I value that they teach positive reinforcement and never yell or degrade any of the dogs. The steps for each skill are easily broken down and modeled in several ways so that you can clearly follow them and succeed. They are very knowledgeable, able to help you problem-solve if issues pop up, and aren't in this to just make money. This is an organization you can trust.
