My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for The Gay Christian Network, Raleigh, NC, USA
GCN is a great support system for the GLBT Christian community who are facing issues of struggle with their sexual orientation and religious beliefs. There are many who have reconciled these issues and have helped others through their journey. I feel that GCN potentially saves lives, because so many GLBT individuals have become suicidal due to feeling rejected and unworthy of God. GCN is a helping hand of support to those who need it the most.

If I had to make a change, I would speed up the time of becoming a member. Applicants must wait a day or two to have access in the forums, and for some, it may be vital that they have contact with others right away. Although I do understand that GCN takes moderation very seriously and does not want to let others though who may have malicious intentions to harm other members with hate-speak.
