Transition Professionals is an excellent community resource making real change in the lives of clients and the Bergen County area. TP is comprised of a team of individuals who are supportive, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the reentry process and social services that clients may be eligible for. I have had the privilege of working with this organization for the past several months and it has been an amazing experience.
