Review for Crafting Change, Eugene, OR, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Crafting Change is a remarkable organization that has built a spirit of community among its volunteers as it provides much needed crafted items for the partner projects. The fact that members from all over the country can, through their love of crafting, make life a little bit better for those in need around the country and in some other parts of the world is simply amazing. Even though I don't have time to contribute a lot, I am honored to be part of this most loving, thoughtful, generous group.

Review for Crafting Change, Eugene, OR, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Crafting Change is an amazing organization that serves/has served those in need in many locations in the USA and a few internationally.Just a few examples are masks sent to a teaching hospital in Nepal during the pandemic and to many locations in the States, cooling scarves for folks living in the tunnels under Las Vegas, blankets for hospice patients in Oregon and residents of a mental health facility in Florida, a variety of items made for several foster agencies, and menstrual hygiene kits going to middle school girls in rural Ghana to ensure that a lack of pads doesn't prevent them from graduating. There are many more beneficiaries of this group's efforts. Tiffany Herbert, founder and executive director, is a stellar organizer and, dare I say, cheerleader, who has built a wonderful sense of community among the crafters who contribute to Crafting Change projects. If anyone is looking for a charitable organization to support with their crafts or finances, Crafting Change certainly is a worthy cause.

Thank you so much for taking time to let folks know how you feel about us! We have had (and continue to have) some amazing charity partners that are helping some of the most marginalized communities. We are honored every time we are asked for help. Thank you for recommending us to others, it is always an honor to know that one of volunteers would encourage others to join in! Thanks for all you do to help those in need. We are grateful for you.
