There was a mix up with the payment for this charity but in the end they sorted it out.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would send emails to all donors that correspond to the exact donation pledges made so there are no mix ups that cannot be fixed simply by reviewing emails to see if multiple different donations have been made to the same charity that might appear to be reoccurring charges by the charity and not two separate reoccurring donations. I think offering as much financial transparency to those who donate is only going to increase profits and encourage trust.
