I have been a Candorful volunteer coach for the past 2 years. Over this period, I have had the privilege to meet men and women transitioning from years of military service to civilian sector jobs. Since they joined the military directly from school, most have never interviewed for a job. It can be a daunting challenge to translate military experience to the responsibilities and requirements listed in civilian jobs. Our service provides practice, feedback, advice and guidance to each member based on their needs and goals. These discussions are often the highlight of my day.
