JCA is a great organization. I heard about them through a friend and went through their Career Gateway program around June of 2022. Their program provides the most comprehensive job education, jobs expos (No. VA & Montgomery Co. MD) resume writing, linkedin workshop, technology workshop and a personal career coach just to name a few.
The leadership team of Jodie Rauch, her husband, Dr. Elisse Barnes, Ann Happ and the many other professionals that work to educate, train and encourage workers 50+ who are seeking employment or just to get back into the workforce is fantastic.

After your intial Career Gateway program (offered for a nominal fee of just $75), you are connected for as long as you want to the great programs and ongoing Job Expos that they offer. This is a great service, by fantastic caring professionals for a great value.
