I was helping with the organisation Panama Spay at the beginning of this year as a veterinary professional. I ´ve traveled with my friend, veterinary nurse. We choose this organisation because of its main idea to help people who doesn ´t have enought money to provide their animals with appropriate healtcare , but they still want to keep them and take care of them as a members of their families.
When we contacted the main director, Patricia, with our request, it was really nice and easy to talk to her. She imediatelly provided us with all the informations that we needed and help us arrange our stay.
When we arrived to Panama we right away recognised that this was going to be one in a lifetime experience. All of the members of organisation were so friendly, helpful, caring. It was amazing to see the determination of these selfless people in way of helping people in financialy unstable parts of the country. We felt like we were part of something bigger and beautiful, but at the same time they made us feel like we were welcomed and home.
I am truly thankfull for the change of beeing able to help them and spend time with them and I wish for everybody to feel at least one in life the way we felt while we were staying with Patricia and her team. Selfless, inspired and full of happiness.
