Review for Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen, New York, NY, USA
I heard about this charity in 2015. I donated to them in 2020 and all the way up to now. They are very appreciative, Everytime I have sent them a donation, they have sent me a Thank You Letter. On Nov. of 2022, I became a Volunteer for them. They explained the work to me very well and were very nice to me about everything. They give everytime I come there, a free lunch to their volunteers. I have felt fulfilled a lot of times i have come there. This is when I see lines outside of there. They are a Soup Kitchen and a Food Pantry. They also do Counseling, give out clothing and give out vouchers. They are an Inter-faith and Inter-racial charity. They help out any religion or race. This is also from anywhere. Everyone is welcome there. They help out 13,500 families. They are an accredited charity by the BBB, They meet all 20 of their standards. They are highly rated by other websites and from their own volunteers. They are one of the largest Soup Kitchens and Food Pantries in New York. When I first donated, I asked them if I could have my donation used for food only and not for overhead. They told me they would do this for me if I wanted to. I recommend to others to volunteer for them. I recommend to others to donate to them.
